Document storage includes retained documents and pending uploads. PDF, JPG, and PNG files can be up to 15 MB each. Uploads are subject to a safety limit of 200 files or 2 GB per account per UTC day.
Cloud Memories do not count against document storage. Plus supports one cloud Memory per pet per day, with a maximum 3 MB image plus a thumbnail. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
If Plus ends, cloud Memories become unavailable and are scheduled for deletion 60 days later unless Plus is restored. Your documents and account records remain available, and new uploads follow Free plan limits.
Plus makes sense when you add a second pet, records start piling up, or you share them often.
