Three steps. That's it.
Snap. Check. Done. The whole app fits in a coffee break.
Take a photo of the paper.
Vet receipt, vaccine card, pill bottle, lab result — anything with the info you want to keep. PDFs work too.
We pull out what matters.
The visit, the pill, the shot, the weight. We line each one up next to the part of the paper it came from, so you can see what we think it says.
You check it. Then it saves.
Accept what's right, fix what's wrong, skip what isn't a record. Nothing lands on your pet's page until you say yes.
Why we don't skip the check.
We could read your paper and save everything for you without asking. It would feel slick. We don't. Health records are not the place to optimize for clicks saved — they're the place to optimize for trust. A wrong date or a misread dose, multiplied over months, quietly poisons a record set.
By making you the final say on every card, we make sure the records you build up are ones you can actually trust at 2 a.m. in an emergency vet's parking lot. It costs a few minutes per paper. It's worth it.
MyPetVault is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't diagnose or treat your pet — it makes sure that when your vet does, they have the full history in front of them.
