When something's wrong.
A short list of common fixes. Try these first.
The app won't open.
Try closing the app all the way and opening it again. If it keeps happening, send us your phone model and the version of iOS or Android you're on, and we'll dig in.
My photo wouldn't upload.
Check three things. The file should be under 15 MB. The format should be PDF, JPG, or PNG. And your phone should be on Wi-Fi or have a clean signal. If all three are good and it still won't go, write to us.
We read something wrong on a record.
Tap the field on the card and fix it before you save. If too much is off, tap skip and try again with a clearer photo. You can also type the record in by hand if the photo just isn't playing nice.
I can't find a record I just saved.
Make sure you're looking at the right pet's page. The newest record sits at the top of the list. Records sort by date, so if you set the date to last year, scroll down.
Sign-in says my password is wrong.
Double-check the email first — a typo there is the most common cause. If you're sure on the email and the password still won't take, write to us at support@mypetvault.org from any address and tell us the email on your account. We'll help.
I don't see a reminder I set.
Open your phone settings, find MyPetVault, and make sure notifications are on. If they're off, the reminder won't pop up even if it's set in the app.
